The available stripe colors are red, yellow, blue, green, tan, orange, black, purple, and silver. The jacket of hose is usually white. Color fire hose has a wear-resistant coating and the color of the coating is usually red, yellow, orange, blue, green and tawny. The wear-resisting coating is the mixture of water-based polyurethane and color master batch.

Wide range of operating temperatures-hose can be used under the temperature from -22ºF to 158ºF without stiffening. The jacket with water and mildew-resistant will not rot, even if the hose is stored under the wet circumstance.
